I'm not getting in a pissing contest. I've had the white car for a few months. Let me clarify this. I've had different color vehicles over the past 20+ years, including black, and have not had a problem with the CD. If it's a problem for someone I guess they can choose not to use one.

I still have the CD I bought 20+ years ago; I've washed it once and it still works great. It's a duster just like the name says. Use it that way and there should be no problem.

I use my 3" GG primarily for headlights. It does get quite warm but not too hot to handle. Have you considered contacting GG and see what they advise? They have great customer service and if there is a problem they will address it.

Better to be pis**ed off than pis**ed on.

Meguiars has some great products but I had a similar experience with their clay bar and just tossed it. They have a good customer service department so you might want to give them a call and see if they have any ideas and/or will replace it and try it again.

I've had great success with Blackfire Crystal Seal. Priced reasonably and easy to apply. A little goes a long way. It may not be necessary however after it cured for 24 hours I applied a coat Collinite 845.

I don't think I would. One of our vehicles is white and I don't have a problem using 845 on it. You could try a small amount on a small area and let us know how that works for you. I guess you could always polish it out if it is a problem. Let us know.

I've read on this forum that some people add ONR to their steamer. Not me. I contacted the manufacturer of my steamer and they replied that if I use ANYTHING other than distilled water my warranty would be voided. YMMV.

Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done? I mowed the grass today after painting the kitchen ceiling. That was exercise for me. I'm nearly 66.

I would be angry too. There are some people you will never satisfy no matter what you do. Keep up the good work you do for other customers and like others have said, mark this guy off your list. He did the walk around and said it was fine. It's on him, not you.
