    You most likely can get away with a semi closed tent as long as there's no wind or anything blowing(hence cause you would use a tent or some sort for the summer as shade to wash your vehicle)

    Like stated previous you can use ONR though take into consideration if your paint system is soft, medium, or hard due to the ease of marring etc and also consider rinseless washing first then clay or spray the panel down with water then clay

    Question on adding new sealant

    As long as the surface does not have a previous LSP(wax/sealant) then yes a good wash, clay, then sealant should do fine but if you do have a previous wax or sealant on the paint then its best to use something like chemical guys citrus wash to remove old LSP you can also a few drops of dawn too...
