I would try OPC diluted 3-1 agitate with a small brush, you can try to rinse with a damp MF. OPC is safe on all fabrics and I would'nt hesitate to use it if I was going to clean my seatbelts.

+1 for the Pinnacle Signature II...I used it today on a Powder Blue Lincoln and it shined like new. Pinnacle Signature Series II also smells good!!!:hungry:

Cut down a five gallon bucket throw in a Grit Guard fill your cleaning solution to just level with the Grit Guard insert your buffer and run on speed 2. This will give your pad something to agitate against and help break down the oils. This is similar (kind of) to the Grit Guard System but...
