Had something similar happen in my truck a few years back. Backed into me in a parking lot and left. Didn't notice until the next morning. Called police and because I had a police report of hit and run the insurance waved my deductible.

I'd just claim insurance. I had a vandalism once. With a police report insurance waived the deductible.

Interesting, not familiar with any of those trucks. The fuel thing is ironic because here diesel is pricier than gasoline.

I'd say using 205 on a normal polishing pad he shouldn't ever have to worry about going through in the normal Lifetime of clear.. say 10 years give or take. Probably twice a year, sound about right.
