    Iron X Snow soap qustions

Snow soap has a degreasing agent and is quite a bit different than other shampoos. Depending on dilution it can affect waxes as well.

    Iron X Snow soap qustions

it will not affect the durability of your coating, they're both safe on chrome wheels. Just don't allow trix to dry in the sun and rinse all openings and crevices in your wheel and tire thoroughly.

Will Reload bond over car wash conditioners?

Ime Reload will not bond long term over wax and polymers. If applied over coatings or bare paint it lasts longer. If applied over waxes or sealants it will still give you the stay clean affect with dirt and dust not sticking to it like it does the waxes and sealants but it will wash off sooner...

    Glass Coating for Paint

CQuartz, CQuartz UK, and CQuartz Finest can all be measured with a paint gauge. Another thought... By the time 2 years is up most people will have there paint polished again which removes the coating.

    Issues with Carpro perl

Good tips as far as buffing it sooner if needed. Also instead of 5:1 you can dilute a little bottle further and test. Not all vinyl and plastic is the same so you can find different results with any product depending. Best regards, Corey

    Review: CarPro PERL

Thanks for the feedback, What dilution did you use? Depending on all the many factors including environment, surface, applicator, preference user, you may like it at a different dilution. You can dilute a bit of it further and try it that way also. OTGT is right on about wiping it after...

    Review: CarPro PERL

Take a look back at the updates for how it lasts on tires in different variables. Rainy it doesn't last more than two weeks. It's still there as you'll see but just as other tire dressings do the look fades depending on how much rain you get and if you drive in it. The product still protects...

    Review: Carpro Eraser

Yes, Eraser is specifically developed for use before using a coating. The GG is a pr-wax cleaner which means it doesn't have to remove all oils. It's been a bit since I looked up the GG product but last time I did it said it was made with orange oils if I recall correctly. That won't cut it...

    Review: CarPro Iron X

Thanks Nicholas! Thanks for the valid and complete info buddy! All I could maybe add is the reason some use the paste that way on paint is to save on product while other use the spray to save on labor. The most important points are as you already stated so eloquently about vertical surfaces...

Why take the oils off a polish?

In other words I believe oils from polishes affect sealants and waxes to some level. In fact I proved it accidentally in the Four Star UPP review but point being it's not enough to matter with most waxes and sealants. However some sealants are very pure and are ABSOLUTELY affected by leaving...

Why take the oils off a polish?

I've said repeatedly in many threads I don't usually wipe down an entire car with ipa or eraser when applying a wax or sealant either. Not sure where the disagreement is. I must have missed something or assumed something and left it out in this thread?
