Who wants to recommend a 1 2 or 3 step correction on new black Nissan?

Even though your car/paint is new - you should still decontaminate the paint. You will be surprised what you pull off it. Consider this approach: 1. Wash 2. Chemical decontamination 3. Second wash 4 mechanical decontamination - clay or mitt 5. One step (Product of your choice) or a jeweling...

Help me find a replacement for BSD

Chinee you are correct, the BF SIO2 spray sealant is not a quick Detailer and not intended to remove dust or light dirt. It should be applied to a clean car. If you are unsure if it’s the right thing for you, buy a small sample size. I happen to love the product and the 32oz. Bottle I have...

Help me find a replacement for BSD

I don’t find BSD any grabbier than PNS - and they play well together. But if you must top PNS with something, have you tried BLACKFIRE’s SIO2 spray? It applies as easy as BM and beads better than BM, but IMHO is just slightly behind BSD in hydrophobic abilities. That is actually a compliment...

    The Best Product Ever!?

Soooo hard to narrow down to just one! Let’s just say I can’t count tonight ok? Collinite 476 - nearly bulletproof protection that would take a ceramic coating to best in protection. Griot’s Best of Show Detail Spray. Unreal shine and protection in one. Almost too easy to use McKees Tire...

    Blackfire one step

Tim depends how long they have been there. Fresh water spots can be removed by hand - McKees has a product called Water Spot Remover. I use it and it works and from the smell of it - it contains vinegar and no abrasives - which as someone rightly said above should be your first method. If...

    Blackfire one step

Tim I don’t use HD Speed so I can’t say. I predominately use BF One Step, MCKees 360 and Griot’s Finishing Sealant as my AIO’s. I would say BF has the most cut of the three. 360 is hard to beat for durability as I have seen it last 9 months on a friend’s car that is absolutely neglected...

    Blackfire one step

About water spots...my experience is there are water spots and then there are WATER SPOTS. I too loved BF One Step and have had great success with removing water spots with an orange LC CCS pad. It also excels at glossing paint...I love it. However, I just had a massive F250 jacked up to the...

    Any use Griot's One-Step Sealant (AIO) ?

I have and it has the ability to remove swirls with the right pad and brighten up the paint. It is also fairly durable but no way does it last a year - not in avaerage, everyday conditions. I would cut that in half and say 6 months is more reasonable. Not directed at any one manufacturer, but...
