How would one know if they removed the coating? also do you just polish it off as one would normally polish? I applied mine in May and will probably want to remove it come spring and the swirls and water spots stink. also if we have another winter like last I will want a "fresh start"

agreed on the coating. I have cquartz uk on my chrome wheels - when it comes to cleaning I either do a rinseless with ONR over my lunch breaks or use d114 when I wash the truck. the hose will loosen the dirt but even with the coating it needs a light rubbing to get the stuff off

so one would use vinegar to remove water spots? just regular white vinegar? is it diluted? would it eat through waxes and coatings? look for some more guidance, thanks

i add additional onr (prob too much) until it feels slick along with doing a pre soak mix out of a spray bottle. id rather overuse product then risk more marring and scratches

I have cquartz consumer version on my truck. it definetly does not prevent scratches. i have saved HOURS not waxing or sealing yet over time whether it is road rash, scratches, micro marring, they all happen (and bug the hell out of me - ha)
