    DG #105 with other products

Well, there seems to be some confusion because, I'm told between 101, 111, and 105, that 105 has the most and 111 the least. I never asked about 501. E-mail correspondence between me and Jerry. What kind of look does each of 101, 105, and 111 provide? Does one have more gloss or shine than...

    DG #105 with other products

I was referring to what the call polishes, their 101, 111, and 105. I was told 105 has the most cleaning agents, and 111 the least. There is no difference in the look, just the amount of cleaning agents in each - each provides a beautiful shine and deep wet look. I asked why they offer all 3...

    DG #105 with other products

You would not want to layer 601 between 105. The 601 bonds the paint to the polish- 105 or 111. Then you would layer 105 or 111 on top of each other. 601 would increase durability about 50-60% and will produce a deeper gloss. Layering the 105 or 111 will increase durability. Wait 24 hours...

    DG #105 with other products

Putting a wax on top will actually degrade the 105 underneath according to Jerry at Duragloss. Plus the 601 and 105 together is already really durable so there's no point in putting another sealant on top. I am told you can layer the 105 3 times before it removes the underlying layer.

Liquid Glass Legend Durable New-Age Carbon/ PTFE Finish

Doesn't Autogeek stand behind the products they sell? I thought they test the products before offering them for sale on the site. If the claims are bogus even somewhat, i don't see why they would be selling it.

When Detailing a Car what do you start with?

I am just wondering why you would wash the dirtiest area of the car first.

Best sealant for less than $20??

It looks good already on its own. I asked Gerry, the chemist/founder of Duragloss if it's okay to put wax on top and he said it would actually degrade the Duragloss underneath. You can layer 105 up to 3 times he says. Better yet, he said to top 105 with 111.

How often can you use detailing spray?

You have that correct, haha. If I did, I would be paranoid about keeping the car clean. My sister has little kids. The inside is a mess that is 'fun' to clean up, but I guess they don't rub or touch the car besides opening the door handle. I would use a waterless wash like Poorboy's Spray...

How often can you use detailing spray?

I'm just wondering where you get the finger prints and smudges from? When you close the door or trunk?

Specific MF towel to use with waterless wash?

You could still use those Shamrocks for Rinseless washes if you wanted to. For waterless washes, you could try the next plushest which are the Super Plush Deluxe.

Specific MF towel to use with waterless wash?

The ones with a longer nap will allow dirt particulates a place to go so they are better to avoid scratching or swirling up the paint. The Shamrock ones would be perfect. I'm not sure if they still have any left though.

    tires and wheels

For a Tire Spray, I use --> Stoners More Shine Less Time. I just tried it a few weeks ago. It's so quick and easy as it's an aerosol spray versus a pump so you just hold down the nozzle in one go and spray around and it's easy to control. You just spray and walk away as it says. This stuff...

    Collinite 915 vs. Duragloss 105

I used Duragloss 601->501 and put 2 layers of Collinite 476 on top a few months ago. I applied the Collinite in cool weather and it wasn't hard to apply or remove. I didn't have to moisten the applicator to help spread it out. I just spread it out thinly and did a couple panels, and then...

Proper way to wash MF towels?

I like to set the washing machine to hot water as it gets the dirt and stains out better. I use Micro-Restore Detergent to clean. I especially like its built-in measuring cap. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Regular detergent should be fine. I also see people like to use vinegar on...

To stay even safer, I would suggest Poorboys Spray and Wipe Waterless Wash for cleaning and then a Quick Detailer afterwards.
