Hey another thing I found with the Surf City is if you put it in a spray bottle and use about 4 sprays on the Foam Flex applicator per tire it goes on a lot better. Since it's so thin I had trouble gauging the right amount when I was pouring it on the applicator not to mention I was wasting some.
