How do you decide to retire your polishing pads and get new ones? I have the LC hybrids oranges and whites and have had them several seasons. Some show some wear with breakdown of the foam, some just show some discoloration from the polish. Do you change out based on age? Amount of use...

Another vote for CQUK3.0 Starting using it about 4 years ago on 2 cars and it has done very well. Easy to apply, maintain, and is durable.

Ive used the McKees trademark extender spray wax over top of WGDGS with good results. This is a polymer topping, and I just got some fast wax so I am intrigued by the carnauba look I will get when I try it.

So, at about 7 weeks, the reload feels as thought it’s disappeared and the coating feels rough again (like coatings do — normal). Britemax continues to be slick and looks great. This is on wifeys garaged car, so I am inspecting, washing, and likely reapplying and will let yo know about shine...

Have used McKees, Adams, Carpro 30 and 40. Not sure I have a clear winner and there may be others you would recommend. What is your favorite glass (windshield) coating?

You can, but remember claying can jntoroduce micro swirls. A final polish like menzerna 3800 or CarPro should remove any clay induced marring and most likely will give some extra gloss.

I just tried Britemax Remax and am encouraged with its gloss, slickness, and longevity when sprayed on top of CQUK 3.0.
