Glanz is a synthetic wax..no real carnauba in it...so you could call it a sealant in a way..but with a waxed look...its a very watery product...like Klasse .... you can top another sealant with it or just use it straight from the can....or even top with a wax if you desired.. AL

Aaron my friend..that is NOT acceptable from a shop...thats one of the most shoddy work I have seen in a long time....no buffing is going to fix that.... You need to find a better shop to fix this...and Do not pay the shop you just came from....looks like they sanded it with a brick and painted...

Aaron...it will be best to get some good pictures to see what we are dealing with....Like David said..it could be a hack job..or they did not finish or buff the paint correctly.... Fresh paint should not look hazed at all... Al

you are right..I went and looked at the box mine came in...its a warranty for 2 years....I guess they even lowered it more... also stay away from the Kobalt tools...they use to be made by Snap On ..but they changed who they have brand thier tools now..very cheap looking now... AL

Well Craftmans makes a nice one..plus lifetime warranty on hand tools....I have one and its a pretty rugged tool....I think I paid close to 100.00 for it...20-150 ft pounds...1/2 drive...I use it mainly for torqueing my wheels and motorcycle wheels.... I have a smaller one also for doing engine...

why not use in the solution tank....I do...then after I do the wash I use plain water in the tank and re do it sucking up any residual cleaners...using hot soap solution is much better than letting it dwell...plus using a traffic lane cleaner you spray that down on the rug first to dwell...then...

ok your right..lol..micro grit....but it did list the 2000 2500 3000 and 4000 as mirka..the higher grits were by some one else but it was called Micro grit paper...but they did sell mirka in the lesser grit also....yes they used another term but had a equal to the grit...I think its called grade...

Well I do not think you will get a year...you will get 3-4 months..its pretty durable stuff...I bought it on a whim and have been pleased with it....reminds me of UPP in a way... DG 105 will get you a few more months....did me all winter and still some parts of the truck still have it...

I have tried it and I got massive micro marring...most AIO type product were not designed for corrections but more for cleaning the paint...some do have micro abrasives..but they are not effective with a cut pad... but more so with a polishing pad....as said a white pad would be tops with a AIO...

When the weather or temps interfere with menz like the dusting...I add a drop or 2 of Opt Polish on the pad with the menz..cuts the dusting right down and have not seen any performance loss....I found using a QD or pad conditioner can cause to polish to ball up at times..so I would not use...

I agree..white is the tops for a AIO product...the pad it self may do a little correcting..but depends on the paint..to soft it may micro mar..to hard it will just help clean the paint and no corrections.... blue and white best for AIO's.... Al

There is a place online where you can get up to 15,000 grit wet/dry paper..I believe its made by Mirka also...I had the link but I either lost it or deleted it by mistake....i was going to order some for polishing lexan motorcycle fairing... I believe if you google micro grit sandpaper you will...
