Any other senior members feel their experienced sense of touch works as well as an experienced visual inspection?. A change in resistance versus translucence? Any tips for visually challenged newbs? (For some of us over 50....vision seems to be the second thing to go)

Especially good for me was the kneading, then the positioning of the clay in the hand. Controlling the clay sure helps keep from dropping it when unexpectedly having to stop. [I know I have to throw it away if I drop it. And I do. But, have always wondered why I can't just re-knead...

Re: Articles by Mike Phillips I think the articles also allow many respected senior members add to them with their unique experience. MOL is still evolving because of that. Helps everyone teach each other, even newbs. IMO

Did some more research about wiping down the trim to remove other dressings with 10:1 APC prior to UP application. [From a senior rep on another forum]. Hope that helps.
