I really like the rinse-less washes available now. ONR is my favorite! But washing your car (top side) does nothing for the underside. Living in MN, we know about cruddy weather, below zero temps and salted roads. So it's almost impossible not to hit a car wash once and a while. But there...

I'm in my early 40's and have a degenerative back problem. Had it for about 5 years now. Working on my car or detailing can cause me a lot of pain. I just work slow and take breaks. I see a Chiropractor regularly and have a exercise/stretching routine. I also try to keep my weight in check.

Gonna be in the 20's here tonight!
