    Water hose stuck under tires?

In my opinion, it's a lot easier to have the hose whip up into the car and cause a scratch than it is to set up some buckets, especially when two of the buckets can be your wash and rinse buckets. If it takes you that long to pour water out of a bucket then you may need instructions. Also, you...

Microfiber towels are not wash media so your connection makes no sense.

    Water hose stuck under tires?

runrun411 directed the OP to what I do. I place a 5-gallon bucket full of water at each corner of the car and as I go around the car, I allow the hose to wrap around the buckets. The buckets then "feed" the hose around the corners of the car as I work and they also keep the hose from getting...

    Horrible wash mitt

Yes, but what does that have to do with a wash mitt? Wash mitts were never questioned so I'm lost on the connection.

    Water hose stuck under tires?

Late to the party here. That device can be found here. It's worthless for how it was designed to be used but great for other uses.

Hell, I wish mine was black! :D Corrected paint will make you stop and stare at your car before bedtime. I do it sometimes without realizing it.

Thanks! Yea, I painted it myself but I am by no means an expert painter. My father painted cars for 40 years and if I had any sense when I was a kid, I would have learned from him. That man did amazing things with paint but the fumes damn near killed him. We didn't realize how bad that stuff was...

Only if someone is footing the bill. :D I've done a rash of private clinics. It seems that the car clubs bringing me in don't want to share with the public.

Deltron or Nexa Autocolor 2K, which ever line is the cheapest between the two at the time. I've also used the Global Refinish System so I'm not real particular between the three. It's going to get painted again within 12 months so I just go with whatever has the best price at the time.

Look at that video I posted of me on the track. Those rocks are hitting my paint at 100-130+Mph. That is easily going to damage a clear bra and the clear bra is going to look like crap after that weekend. Now I could remove the clear bra and apply it again but I don't know how to apply a clear...

I don't know if fun is the best way to describe it. After my first stick around that track, I was completely addicted. To get the opportunity to drive my car the way it was designed to be driven in a LEGAL and safe environment is better than sex, and I love me some sex. But don't take my word...

So incorrect you are sir. Although Zaino uses materials that come from outside the US, the Borderless Blond towels are assembled here in the USA. It's the assembly process that can make or break the quality of a towel and yes, they are 100% cotton. That's the scoop straight from Sal Zaino...

The pictures of my Vette sets the bar. That way, we BOTH know exactly what the word 'perfect' means when I use it. When I teach a detailing seminar, I ALWAYS use a flash to show swirls. I can see that you are not privy to this technique but allow me to enlighten you. Here's a guy's paint job...

Okay, That's not the way I read what you posted but okay. Now that I completely disagree with. THAT you would have to prove. I paint the front end of my car every winter to rid the car of all the paint chips I pick up during the driving season so soft paint is something I am very familiar...
