Who here DOES NOT like rinseless washes?

Went to the beach this weekend on my 4runner. Had sand all over the place, inside and out. It was too dirty for a rinseless so i did a little experiment yesterday with my 4runner. I took it to the coin wash. Washed it the old way, HP rinse, Pre soak Soap, Soap with brush, then HP Rinse. Drove...

    Washing Cars on Grass

To be honest I rather wash my car on the grass then on the concrete. If the items you use are biodegradable then you should have no problem. Its better to let it get absorbed by the grass then my the ocean. If you are doing engine detailing, get a big tarp or some old shirts to place under the...

    Tires and tire pressures

Not to flame you or anything, but did you inflate the tires yourself? In order to measure the psi in a wheel, the vehicle has had to be siting overnight or for a good amount of time so the tires can cool down. The ideal temp has to be 75 degrees outside. I don't remember exact psi, but you are...

how do you find a good, honest, local detailer?

You will get rip off in any business when you don't get properly informed. I +one for the first reply. But next time you need it detail, as them if they have experience detailing RVs. They have a lot of different compartments that a first timer will miss. At least you pay attention to the...

There is any risk using 5" backing plate on Meguiars DA?

I don't think you can with any da polisher. But it really depends on the type of pad that you use.
