    CarPro Ech20

Re: CarPro Ech20 - Clay Lube? In my opinon it is to expensive to use as a clay lube. i also don't want to use a protective product as a clay lube if I'm doing more work later. I stick with ONR or even just water after I wash.

    Desired results not achieved

#02 has very little cut in the range of options. I would suggest stepping up to M205 with a white or even an orange pad. If you still need more then I would step up to M105.

SONAX High Speed Wax (and BSD)

I talked with one of the product reps at a detailing open house earlier this summer. He said that the HSW was mostly just new packaging wither the bottle and color. It is nice and slick. I was asking about BSD as well because I use it a bunch but would like a little more slickness as well. He...

Is there a safe way to spot polish a ceramic coating with light scratches?

This is on a GTI / R? A up close pic and then one that shows the overall bumper to show the surrounding area would help. I think I would start with CarPro Essence. But it might be best to ask your detailer who did / will have to reapply all those layers of coating. Usually the best bet is to...

Best method to dressing large, aggressive tires.

With a show vehicle I would consider somthing like Meg's Hyper Dressing. I use this as a wheel well dressing as I can spray and walk awway. Foir tires you can spray and buff quickly.

Ultima interior guard and Wolfgang cockpit sealant

Both products we are talking about do last a long time in comparison to other offerings. But you can't expect them to survive interior cleaning as I noted above. If you want to wipe down an interior weekly then I suggest using Meg's QID. It cleans and leaves a slight layer of protection at the...

Ultima interior guard and Wolfgang cockpit sealant

They are very similar. Both are spray interior dressing / sealant with good life as long as you're don't wipe them down with anything. I can tell you Meg's QID will remove both. The main difference is the Ultima is a very matte finish while the Wolfgang has a richer gloss. It's not high gloss...

    Reapply Cquartz UK process

Unless you really want to fully remove the existing CQ I don't see the point of going full polish and correction. In this case I would suggest using CarPro Essence "Xtreme Gloss Enhancer" as it is a light polish as well as now a base primer for CQ & CQUK. this should alow you to polish...

    Black Fire Waterless Wash Concentrate

Been there, done that. So no worries. As noted above, it will work but I would say at maybe a slightly stronger than rinseless ratio to get it right. What I have found most is that dedicated products usually work better than an all-in-one solution. But some of these waterless, rinseless...

    Black Fire Waterless Wash Concentrate

Can it? More than likely yes; as a rinseless wash uses more water thus a waterless solution mixed like this should be safe. But why not just buy a rinseless wash instead? Then you are sure you are getting the correct mix and results. When mixing a waterless product Up as a rinseless I...

    opti-lens durability.

I have been using Opti-Lens on new headlights with good success. I think that is the most optimal time and use for it. But as usualy I take it a few steps further. New lights Opti-Lens Lamin-X film Opti-Lens The issues guys are getting on old lights is that once that UV coating starts to...

CarPro Reload - Yay or Nay

This is the prefect example of how things work differently for many people. I have use Reload since its release and only remember 1 million IME having hazing issues when it was super humid and it used to much other than that I have always had great results with 3+/- months of durability. I...
