Gloss coat how many CC ?

The full 10cc... If you are "coating" a car with less you are doing yourself and your customer a dis-service.

no more optimum for me, alternatives?

I think this is a very simple fix. Change the wording on the website to reflect the product you are using. Opti-Coat is what the authorized pro version is called. Optimum Gloss Coat is the consumer version being used. So call it what it is "Optimum Gloss Coat". Its still a coating but the...

How does anyone coat a car with only 10cc of product?!?!?!?

Just to add. How much of any of these coatings is simply "carrier oils"? How much of it flashes off never to be seen or figure again? I think the math stand up for itself from previous threads and post. There is really no way that any of these coatings can build this thickness layer...

How does anyone coat a car with only 10cc of product?!?!?!?

Just like the title states. How does anyone coat a car with only 10cc or less of product and think that ?!?!?!? Or even the 30ml of CQ or any other coating.... If you do the math there is almost no way for any of these coatings to create any kind of measurable thickness barrier; unless...

Blackfire Wet Diamond vs. Blackfire Crystal Seal

In the spring, summer, early fall I can get an easy 3+ months from BFCS. (Ideal conditions) The big difference for me though is the time saved to apply & re-apply. Due to these WOWA sealants and "Coatings / Coating detailers" I almost never use standard sealants anymore.

Review: Proto v17 Rinse-Less Wash (Wolfgang???)

Thanks guys. The one reason I was guessing Wolfgang was that I noticed the header on the shipping sticker said "Wolfgang" even though it was shipped from AG.

Review: Proto v17 Rinse-Less Wash (Wolfgang???)

As my detailing journey has progressed over the years I have realized that I really enjoy the wash process as that what I do the most. This lets me try and use a multitude of car wash types and soaps. So I feel like I have a good handle on what is a good rinse-less wash for me. UWWP ONR...

    Sonax FE - Aerosol

No idea since this was a free sample bottle I received at an open house. I have upgraded pads so not as much metallic break dust. Most of the dust I figured out was actually driving through some standing water on the roads.

    Sonax FE - Aerosol

Since I had some I thought it would be nice to do a short video & show everyone Sonax FE in and aerosol form. While Sonax FE is not my favorite or go-to wheel cleaner all the time; I do like the aerosol application. Personally I wish Sonax and others would offer this option...

Product testers needed: Prototype Rinseless Wash

Unless its a rinse-less based for the newer coatings that will an addition protective layer to something like PBL v2; then I'm out. Hint, Hint... Nick, I want a PBL rinse-less wash that adds an additional layer of protection.
