I use PERL 3:1 by spraying it on a foam applicator then wiping it on until it's even.

I used reload full strength on my black car after coating it and I didn't have problems with streaking. Only streaking problems I have had was with ech20

I have an Audi with hard black paint and I only use a pc so I made quite a few passes to clean up the scratches with a microfiber pad before I had any dust so no complaints from me. I used the same Pc and pads with both 105 and menzerna 2500 with no luck before the clearcut.

I normally use 105 but I had a few deeper scratches in my black Audi that I couldn't get out with 105 and my PC. I ordered a bottle of clear cut and was able to remove the scratches without too much trouble. I will be using clearcut from now on. I did get a little dust but I agree is finishes...

I would say yes I had the same thing the other day. My car was covered in yellow but after a light rain that was not enough to rinse the pollen off just pooled the pollen in the water beads then dried.

I use the same 1:1:20 (EchO2:Reload:Distilled water) on my black car as a QD and have been very happy with it.

I use Meguiar's Hyper-Wash in a cheap gun in my ryobi electric and it works great.
