Just going off your two choices, I'd go Rupes. I don't have either machine but I do have experience with both. For me, ergonomically its nicer to hang onto the Rupes style of polisher vs Cylco. I currently use a Flex 3401 as my main polisher. No bashing here just my 2cents the cyclo is big...
