The last time I read a thread about spray waxes Optimum Spay was all the rave. Now, it's not mentioned. Anyone wanna chime in on Optimum, I was just about to order some.
Recently I made a rather negative comment stating that I wasn't impressed with this product. I used it again on a car with single stage paint and it came out really good. Easy to use and the car looks better than it ever has. I will continue to use.
Just completed my 20 year old Mercedes that has been repainted. I've tried a variety of products on this car with good results, but the with the BL, 5050, and V7 the results are outstanding! Really.
There wasn't as much depth and gloss as I expected, so I thought maybe I was expecting too much. I then put a coat of IZ Glanswax over the Groits One Step Sealant and it looked good like I thought it should without an additional product.
Ignorance is bliss. I bought a Harbor Freight rotary 2 years ago because I didn't know any better, but I still use it along with my newly purchased a Groits DA. Since I don't have any thing to compare it to, I like it for the compounding that I've done. Works.
Once you have used the atomizer, you will realize that the waterless wash is the way to go. It lays down a uniform pattern and without any effort. There is no scratching on the car and it's way faster than a hose.
Thanks for this tip. I'm getting it
Am I the only one who rarely hose washes my car? I almost exclusivley use the Ultima Concentrate unless it's muddy. I really like that stuff. Sometimes I use a spray wax/detailer. I just don't see a down side to this? Am I missing something? My cars a are always clean and the wax seems to be...
So, I looked through this thread and didn't see Chemical Guys mentioned as over rated unless I missed it. Does that mean that all the hype about GC is real? just wondering. My order of BL,V7, and 5050 just arrived.
