I'm going to try CMX and was planning to polish with HD Speed followed by an IPA wipedown prior to the CMX. Would it be advantageous to use pure polish without a sealant (Megs 205) Will the sealant component interfere with the CMX bonding?

That's not an Adams, it's a Harbor Freight. The Adams's looks totally differant.

Bought an Adams Swirl Killer mini. Last day on sale.

I went ahead and pulled the trigger on the Adams mini. $121 with free shipping. Seems like a good deal. Most reviewers that have tried the Rupes also say it is on par with it. We'll see.

I have 3 DAs. A Groits, a long throw, and a HF. I use a 3"BP on my Groits and it seems to work pretty good. It's the last day to get the Adams mini @ 19% off. I read good reviews on their mini and I'm trying to decide if it's worth it.

I was considering getting McKees coating while on their 25% off no minimum sale. But I have a variety of good sealants and feel that I should use them up. I'm a hobbyist and do friends and families cars. I just hate to waste stuff. What to do??

Good choice. Groits G6 has a little more power then Porter Cable.

I did 2 severely oxidized cars this summer. The rotary with wool is what worked after trying the DA initially. A rotary seems like a necessity. For me anyway.
