What do you use to apply your favorite tire dressing? And what is it...?

Opti-Bond 1:1 with the Optimum spray gun. Tuf-Shine is my favorite product for tires applied using their applicator.

    Wheel Cleaner/Tire Cleaner

For all but the most neglected wheels, Mothers All Wheel and Tire cleaner does a fantastic job. Very good at cleaning the rubber as well as the wheels and it leaves the wheels nice and glossy. Autoglym CWC is another favorite, stronger than Mothers but more costly and not as easy to find.

What's the latest 'trend' in ONR washing?

Yes. My wife does not use a QD spray during the process like I do and she has noticed an increase in the gloss of her car. I have been told not to let us run out of Optimum Car Wax. It mixes into the ONR solution very nicely.

Short Review: Mothers Foaming Tire & Wheel Cleaner

I have been buying this by the gallon as well. Great wheel cleaner and as you said it really cleans the tires well. I save my Autoglym wheel cleaner for the really nasty ones.

Wheel Woolies or Daytona Speed Brush

I have both and I would get the wheel woolies if I had to choose. The only advantage to the Daytona for me is the ability to bend the stem to scrub behind the wheel spokes when needed. I rarely use my Daytona's since I bought the wheel woolie set

I've had a good run with car shampoos recently....

I have settled on Optimum Car Wash soap.I am an Optimum fan in general but as many have pointed out, I cant tell a lot of difference between the different soaps I have bought. Megs Gold Class is another soap I like that can be purchased over the counter and is reasonably priced.
