Sorry, apparently speed reading is not one of my strong points.

Amazing Roll Off as a wash

Exactly. Then why do need to wash with Dawn or an APC if your not trying to strip the paint? Use your regular wash soap and then clay, polish, IPA wipe down to remove polishing oils followed by the 845.

Which wash mitt is best for washing?

Picked up a sheepskin and a MF wash mitt at Advance Auto last year and they have both held up very well. I would definitely buy them again. My favorite is the Dodo Wookies Fist. Expensive, but I really like using it and it still looks brand new after over a year. The Opti Mitt for ONR washes...

CarPro really stepping it up. (Eraser)

Thanks Avi. I had been buffing off the polish residue with a MF towel and then applying and wiping the Griots Pre Wax cleaner as an additional step. Sounds like I can skip the dry buff and remove any polishing residue and oils in 1 step. That will save me time and towels. I look forward to...

CarPro really stepping it up. (Eraser)

In the video it looks like there is visible polish residue that he is wiping away. Do you dry wipe the residue first with your MF towel and then wipe with Eraser or do you wipe with Eraser right after polishing?

    Master Blaster

Great point and an absolutely correct observation. Most Universal type AC motors are rated at what the MFG or end user refers to as "Peak HP" or they may say "Develops 8 HP" and this has no real world correlation except that it sounds impressive. Here is a link to an article that explains this...

    Durable wax

For waxes, the Collonite line is hard to beat for durability, good looks and an affordable price. 915 paste and 845 liquid are my 2 favorites. If you want a really durable LSP combo try DG 501 topped with 845. One of the best for durability in my opinion and again they won't hurt your wallet...

Need advice on storing a car for 3-4 years?

I would also recommend storing it with the clutch pedal depressed to prevent the clutch disc from sticking. Flush your brake system to remove the moisture from the system and prevent corrosion. Wrap your wiper blades in plastic to prevent them from sticking to the glass or remove and wrap...

NEW formula Optimum Power Clean vs. Griot's Interior Cleaner *PIC*

Yes. Put a tape line on the section that you have already cleaned with OPC and then go at it with OPC again. If the OPC is bleaching or removing dye from the leather the second round of product should affect the appearance of the leather. I don't believe this to be the case but I think this...

NEW formula Optimum Power Clean vs. Griot's Interior Cleaner *PIC*

Mark, I think the tape line on the section previously cleaned with OPC and a reapplication of OPC would be a great test to confirm that OPC is not affecting the original finish of the leather.
