Any of the plastic restoration systems should work, the problem is accessing it with a pc/flex. If you could remove the cluster and polish it outside of the car you could make it like new again (with rotary/DA). I know some clusters are really easy to remove while others are just a pain...

What about Montana Boar Brush with telescopic handle? I use a similar version (not boar hair) on my beater and works perfect, although i never looked at the scratches left behind im sure boars hair would be 100 times better. The brush works wonders on a soft snow even over 1' since my car is...

Sounds good but remember do a 2'x2' area first from start to finish (polish only) and if your happy with the results finish the rest of the car. Remember to remove the polish/glaze from the car completely before inspecting. Just me $.02
