I think if you wipe the residue with a damp cloth it should be a little better, but you are right i got the same sticky residue after wiping the excess (1 pass). Going to try other cleaners/conditioners when i figure out what to get (already have Leatherique but not using it as a weekly/monthly...

Have you tried Mothers PowerBall? It should work wonders in tight places.
