I would recommend Pinnacle XMT 360. Even though the instructions on the page are for machine, I've used it to remove swirls by hand with great results.

The only thing I can think of is towards the end I heard a bunch of people singing the Canadian national anthem. Maybe the pedestrian laws are different there?

After I wax a car, I like to use the Brinkmann swirl finding light as my "extra set of eyes" so I can spot wax I missed easily.
Have you tried doing this yet?

I'm super excited... This is my first time watching a live extreme makeover on the forums. I recently had PDR done to the Mazda, and I have to admit I was amazed by the results. It truly is something amazing...
