    Buff and Shine Uro-Fiber Pads

Purple foamed wool is not short nap and works great. Kamikaze woolpad is also great. I dont like Rupes coarse wool on mille but i like it on mk2.

    Buff and Shine Uro-Fiber Pads

Atleast Rupes wool pads and lake country purple foamed wool cuts more worh 15 mk2 than mille which is more powerful than 3401.

    Buff and Shine Uro-Fiber Pads

Looks nice. I wonder when they introduce uro-fiber cutting pad instead of that original one step pad.

    Lake Country HDO Foam Pads

Ok thanks for the great answer. Boss mf cuts little less and is onbar with uro-fiber? Btw hdo mf is 5.5, right? That might be my best bet.

    Lake Country HDO Foam Pads

Do you like Lake Country mf better than Megs? Lake Country is more durable but i like Megs better. It is nicer feeling to use and i actually like the overhang so i can tilt the machine and go into concaves. Havent yet used HDO mf or uro-fiber.

    Lake Country HDO Foam Pads

Not as mild as yellow Rupes? How about uro-tech maroon? I might try Meguairs Maroon how do you stack it compared to Rupes?

    Lake Country HDO Foam Pads

How does these stack compared to Rupes foam pads. I love Rupes white and yellow and i compound with wool and microfiber so i need something between them and Rupes green/blue are not my favourites. Blue hdo is close to green Rupes and orange is like yellow?

Rotary VS Dual Action for Compounding

https://www.instagram.com/p/BQFyFLYDSK_/ This kind pad is the pad to use with rotary if you want most cut, but then the finish also sucks and you might have to do 3 steps.

I know this and i also have Festool Shinex on my arsenal.

Rotary VS Dual Action for Compounding

And you are assuming that the Rupes operator is making mistakes. Cutting paint and burning paint is two different things.

Rotary VS Dual Action for Compounding

Well not exactly. Yes you can remove clearcoat much but to burn paint with da is much more unlikely with da because the pad makes two kind motion. With rotary you are only spinning the pad and it creates more heat.

Rotary VS Dual Action for Compounding

Imo Rupes and microfiber/wool beats rotary in terms of cutting power unless you use those 10 inch knitted woolpads. I hardly ever compound with rotary but i sometimes like to finish with it just for fun and change.

    i am disappointed from my 21 MK2

Using a Rupes is like using straight non synchronized gearbox, olnce you master it, it is faster. Forced rotation is like synchronized gearbox, it is slower but easier to use. I also have a 15 and 21 mk2 and no problem with stalling at all. However i had one 15 mk2 which had bad stalling so it...
