I'm no expert by any means, but when I use collinite 845 I use very little product....4 pennies on a hood sounds like a lot to me, I use maybe 2 on my hood and I even think that's being very generous....I also don't let it sit/haze for very long before wiping it off and I've ever had any problems

just stumbled across this product and couldn't find much info on it.... it's not sold on AG which is a little weird since they have everything else Ultima....it looks like pretty good stuff, same cleaning and slickness of the regular UWW+ but with more polycharged polymers to give it increased...

while I have a variety of products from different vendors, I find I have more Meguiars stuff....d156, d101, d114, d110, d120 and then UC and m205 to name a few....also their foam thin discs rule!! :)

I think the pre treating is key....I never touch/wipe my car without having sprayed some type of "lube" onto the panel or towel

I drank the chemical guys Kool aid waay back when I first started....some of their stuff was good i.e. silk shine (which I still use and really like) and eco wash....but as I got more into detailing and joined AG and opened my eyes up to​ the rest of the detailing world I quickly shyed away from...

ONR wasn't bad, but I don't think it releases dirt quite as good as say d114 or Ultima....after doing a rinseless wash my mitt was usually dirty, as where with the others the mitt looked like it did when I first started

does it alter the beading of the coating any? I may need to try some

that's the exact combo I use on my VW and it works just fine....i use UWW for my waterless washes and final wipes, and every other week I use d156 for my final wipe with no hindering of beading or anything

yea I think u may be right Bob.... seems like most of the newer WW are geared towards d114-like squeaky clean and leaving nothing behind, but maybe a little gloss. I guess I'll just stick with good ol faithful then :)

don't sell ur time and skill short, at those prices ur not getting much meat on the bone....those ppl are gonna expect a lot for the little bit they're paying....combine that with the drive time and it just doesn't sound like a good deal. hopefully maybe u can discuss a more favorable rate...
