I agree with silverfox. I understand its personal preference but I have friends that put 3 different waxes over one another and swear it looks different with each layer. Looks the same to me.

Let me clarify. They do work with the flex but technique is much more important compared to using it with a GG6.

MF pads and the flex don't work well together.

What kind of cut does the paint prep have? I assume you use a polishing pad or a finishing pad?

I used it based on his first video and I also had similar, great results. I also tried it at 1:1 with great results. I love the foaming of the product. I'm usually not bothered by smells but I did find it initially overwhelming but it passed. It was a chemical smell. It's so cheap!

The opinion has changed a lot since February. In February, I couldn't believe everyone bashing the flex after so many years of praise it received. Now a lot of people are going back to praising the flex. I agree with above posters. Flex on curved panels and rupes on flat.

I had a similar scratch across my tailgate once. I came out of home depot and it seemed like someone had lumber or pipes in their truck. when they backed out, they apparently scratched the sh!t out of my tailgate. of course they left before i found it.
