    Bed bug removal! ?!?

:iagree: I wouldn't call an exterminator to buff out my car and vice-versa. Also it's likely that the bed bugs aren't going to be the only place that vehicle is going to need serious work.

    Shampoo, DuraGloss 901 Comments

Yea i've read that thread but saying that you prefer something does not necessarily mean that it is better. Saying something is better is a statement about quality and validity. If there's a better soap i'd like to know what it is and how that conclusion was reached. If it's simply a matter...

Official SEMA announcement page on AutoGeek.net

Awesome to link this but i clicked on it thinking that it was the official sema announcement page. So confusing....J/k But i woulda titled the thread Link to the .......... This would be obvious to people whom aren't slow so that's why i ask for it's specificity. :)

    Streaks on windsheild

I would take a flashlight and a piece of paper out to your car. Put the piece of paper under the windshield from the interior of the car. You can have someone help you with this. Then standing outside shine the flashlight in towards the paper looking at the glass. This will help you spot...

    Best pads for my 3401?

The orange white black route is the one i went with. It may just be me, but i would think you could vary the amount of cut or polish with the pressure and # of passes than the slight difference in the foam structure of one color pad to another. I took the advice about hybrid pad from both...

Glossiest, drippy wet darkening LSP for black cars with good durability?

I've got Wolfgang Sealant Glaze 3.0 topped with Collinite 915. I get compliments very often. Usually people ask if the car was new or if i bought it from some old lady that had it sitting in a garage. It's a daily driver that has NEVER been garaged since 2008. IMO that's pretty good. Also it...

    Question of the day!

You can remove the wax from the can using the method that you described and then add it to the pad with the "cake"out of the tin. Here's what I do: I open the 476 wax paste container and take a plastic scraper and slowly shave the very top of the wax keeping the volume in the can uniform. You...

    dealer applied poly coating

The finish i would be worried about is the paint on the car, not the dealer supplied coating. As far as i know i thought you had to do something very aggressive (sand, buff, scratch) to remove a coating. If you can strip it with LSP chemicals then it's probably not worth having the dealer...

Foam gun, how much product v liquid?

I see what you mean. In the video it's a karcher foam lance on an electric pressure washer. It gets decent foam. When you see the vids online of people with super clingy foam it's a gas pressure washer with a big foam lance that has tons of soap in it. Have to have a pretty serious setup...
