You could use a MF bonnet on a PC as a final wipe/buff to ensure you have all residual chemicals off of your paint finish. I would spray the bonnet with a little bit (very little) of distilled water to reduce heat so you don't start removing some of the wax you just layed down.

I use 5.5'' LC flat white & orange pads with a 5'' LC backing plate, and 4'' LC flat orange pads with a 3 1/2'' LC backing plate.
