Alex, I haven't tried APC+ but from what I've read (quite a lot) they are very similar but + has some degreaser in it & is low-foaming. I chose APC as I won't be using an extractor with it. The foam lets me see where I'm cleaning (with carpet, etc) & IMO adds some cleaning power for wheels, etc...

For LCD TV & computer screens I suggest a mix of IPA & distilled water. I generally mix 1:1 but to reduce costs you could probably get away with 3 parts water to 1 part IPA or slightly weaker... Have used this on my reasonably high-end, expensive screens with no damage & it is also recommended...

I would suggest Megs Super Degreaser @ 4:1 & a STIFF brush. First time around you may have to scrub, rinse & repeat a few times until the foam when scrubbing is white not brown. After that if you clean them somewhat regularly you will only need a once-over & could maybe use 10:1...
