Well, AG is pretty good at listening to its customers when there is an issue, especially one that Many people are experiencing. Hopefully there will be a change. I'm particular at how my items arrive.

I think that sending the MF's and Correction Pads for that matter in plastic bags is a better solution, as I had issues also. That way nothing can get contaminated at AG or in route. My pads were in brown bags just like the MF towels....... But that's just my opinion.
