the paint application says to spray at 8-10 psi on the cap, and assuming hvlp is the same as gravity feed yes my gun is gravity feed. it also need between 4-7 cfm which i dont understand noodles about.

Portable Air Compressor, 2 Horsepower, 8 Gallon, 125 PSI any thoughts on this? what you guys think? enough space to hold up the air i will be spraying and its 2hp. plus its pretty darn cheap! :D

i dont get what you were trying to say. but is is it possible to wipe on automotive clear coat like a 50/50 60/40 or even70/30 spar urethane and MN method of is clear only spray able?

hey dave, yes thats a very common method to clearing up headlights but its not a long term method. many like me would like to just do it once and not have to go back every other week. btw u got a nice finish and those headlights were deff cloudy!
