I like how long the Tuf Shine coating lasts. The kit contains one of the best tire cleaners and brush I have used. Here is a picture of mine after three months right after I cleaned my rims. I have 2 coats on the tires. My rims are also coated with WG Uber coating. As is my whole car.

I think you will find both easy to use. I haven't used PBL but have done a few with Uber and a couple with BF CC and the one thing I would advise is have plenty of good lighting. Your vision to me is the most important factor in getting a good finished product your 1st time along with bare paint.
