    Post Your Unpacking Pictures

All the pads are LC HDO. I use pretty much all LC because they are (35mi aprox) fairly close to me and like to support local companies.

    Menzerna 3 step process needed?

You should be fine. I have went from both 300 and 400 directly to 3500 or even 3800 with great results.

    Boss MF pad issue

Well I damaged 4 last weekend I would guess too much speed. I was running at 4.5~5 on my MKII 21 with very little to no pressure using Menz SHC 300 (was on hood and roof mostly one handed). I do like the pads better than the Megs because of the lack of matting and the ease of blowing them clean...

What type of applicator for CSL?

They should of been in the box with the bottle along with an eye dropper.

What type of applicator for CSL?

The carpro block and suede works quite well with both CSL and EXO. I used the included pad to get the tighter places like my grill opening and the are near my fog lights. It should of come with an applicator pad that looked like this and some gloves also.

The Post a Picture of Your Ride as it Sits Thread

Since my car was clean and the sun was still out I stopped by the park coming back from the store and took a couple pics (getting a nasty T-Storm right now tho).

Wolfgang Uber question for a newbie

In my experience it will add some sheen to a matte surface but it will not make it glossy. I used it on all the trim on my car (which has very little) and the trim on my brothers truck when I coated it with CSL/EXO. Trying to find any pics that show the look but can't. Here is a picture of my...

    GTechniq CSL + EXOv3 Question

My car isn't silver but is fairly light and I have 2 coats of CSL topped with 2 coats of EXO and as far as I can tell it did darken slightly. I noticed no color shift while I was doling the application but seems slightly darker after it had cured. Like silver mine also can look different in...

    gtehcniq CSL VS mohs

Have you used CSL? It is quite easy, it's wipe on wipe off and not sticky or grabby. EXO V3 is a little grabby on wipe off if you wait too long but just a little. I believe that V2 was more problematic and less durable than V3. I have applied CSL to six vehicles since late spring this year...

Back in the early 70's (72-73) I spent way too much time in Etawon and Myeongdong depending who I was with.

    HD Cut-FG400

My experience is much different than yours. From all the rave reviews I had seen on the forum before I did my car last year I got a few of the 3D/HD products to try. On my Audi 400 had better cut for me than cut+ and 4000 had better clarity than Adapt, the difference was pretty much a tie with...

Application of Gtechniq CSL+EXOV2 did not turn out right

How long after the application of the EXO did you wait to wipe it off? I know in those temps which were quite similar to what I have done a few lately. The only one I did that was EXO right after CSL was a bike for my step son a few weeks ago and it was around 90 sec wait for the level and buff...

Looking for a safe but effective wheel cleaner

The best I have used so far has been Sonax WC+. It was only needed the 1st time on some very neglected rims, after that most any will work fine.

    Which paint coating??

They do make a spray like reload C2V3 but no Essence like product. On one of the ones I did I did a final polish with Essence to check long term durability but that will take a long time I would guess. As far as maintenance goes I will probably do the same as I did with the Uber and use PA High...

    Which paint coating??

For ease of use and durability I would suggest GTech CSL. It is one of the most durable consumer grade coatings and is a wipe on wipe off. In the last month or so I have done 4 vehicles with it topped with EXO (which isn't needed). I didn't coat any rims with it yet but would guess it will do...

Review - Gyeon Leather Shield (Leather Coating)

I did my front seats almost exactly a month ago on my car. I agree with pretty much everything you said. To me it did make it feel slicker but didn't add any sheen to it which is a good thing for me. The main reason I coated mine was to help the wear on my side bolster which I rub every time I...

    coating for black cars

About a month ago I did my brothers Escalade which isn't black but a dark grey with CSL&EXO and thought it did a good job on his dark color. And did my room mates KIA right after with same combo. Hard to tell how black it really looks because of the reflection of my garage walls which are...
