No I did not. As soon I finished spreading the wax to a panel I wiped of right away in small circular motions. This is why I felt it was weird when wiping off. The towel felt grabby - almost like wiping off hazed 845.

Yup. I even hold the edge of my door when opening my door so as not to ding the other cars. But people here are careless and have no respect for other peoples property in general. But I guess that applies anywhere. It's just I see it in certain types of people but I won't go there lol. Its...

lool exactly! Seeing that my car already has bonded contaminants on it , it doesn't look like I will be taking the coating route again. I would, if my paint was hard. But this Honda marrs really easily. I still don't get why Japs or Asian cars in general have softer paints compared to the Euro...

If I do get this coating off my car. I am gonna try different products on different panels. That will do the trick haha. Even with all the high spots in indirect light, its doing its job magnificently. Its user error and environment for me.I know I would have had stellar results if that was not...

    3D BDX on paint?

Awesome. Thank you guys! Another question: Do you just wash off once it dwells? Some people say, once it dwells you should agitate the iron remover. How is this done? I was worried wouldn't the agitation result in scratches as you are effectively agitation the removed iron?

    3D BDX on paint?

Hey guys, I have been hunting all over Dubai to find Iron Removal products, and so far zero luck. Today I was at the 3D dealer who also stocks optimum and we were checking stocks for Opt Ferrex. Could not find any so I picked up some OPC and Opti-bond and left. When I got home I read a...

I understand your point, and I see every reason to not top a coating. But it doesn't harm a coating does it? To me, the coating is protecting my paint - the wax is giving it that warm glow. I see that as a very good reason to top it. I paid for it...so I wanted to use it. I see no harm. People...

I'm sure these products have a place. But, apart from the warm glow what else is there? Even Swissvax has some insane products. Yes the carnauba grade is very high, I feel thats what gives it the high price. I used Souveran too. Yes there is a warm glow but that was it...I wasn't overly wowed...

Amen brother. You took the words right out of my mouth. I look at my Mom's Audi and its perfect...ugh. Fuzion was quite nice though lol. My method might be wrong or flawed in some way, but I got the results. The only thing I don't understand with these waxes is their price. I'm not mad, I...

Thanks bud, i actually had a similar issue with Souveran. I wanted to use the initial product that I put on the pad for a complete panel (hood). But halfway through the hood, I got those dry spots and splotchy areas - which made me want to apply more product, after which it was fine. As...
