    Light Oxidation on camper

I would go with the Meg's. The gel coat on a camper is softer and will mar easily. We use 3d one with orange LC pads. Lots of them. Top with a ceramic sealant .

If you could only use two or three product lines for all your detailing needs, what would you choose?

Griot's and 3D. That covers pretty much everything. Like everyone else, I use many different brands.

When kneeling during the national anthem is allowed, I have no interest in supporting the NFL or watching those rich pricks play. In done with it.

    Rupes rotary compound

I think I need to figure this product out. Seems to dry out too quick. Going to try less product, slower speed. Problem is, at 600 to 800 rpms, my rotary gets hot because the cooling fan is not optimum at low speed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

And then... There was a G8 (Polisher)

I have no stalling issues below 5, but I don't cut below 5. I polish on 3 or 4, and 3 to apply lsp, if not using a coating.

Swap out backing plates or get multiple polishers?

Bruno is correct. I have g9 and have barely used a 15 since I got it. The g8 is a powerful 3 inch machine that comes with a 3" and a 2" backing plate.

And then... There was a G8 (Polisher)

I received my G8 last week. I've used it a few times, and it is fantastic. I have not found an issue with spinning at speed 3, but that is my polishing speed. I cut on 5 or 6, depending on the paint. The little G3 is still in my arsenal. I think it works fine with a 2" pad, just have to use...

    Griots g9 broken?

I've had no issues with my g9. In fact, I have not used my 15 mm since I started using the g9. It's a fantastic machine. I've been using Griot's polishers since 2006, and have never had issues with any of them.
