    SKECHERS Shoes?

I definitely have more shoe than my wife. Was a big sneaker head in my 20’s and 30’s. Lots of Jordan’s, Vans, Supra’s. Last couple of years I’ve started getting into leather dress shoes & boots. But as far as Sketchers go, that’s a no for me. Maybe I’m a little too vein but gotta have some...

More cut with AiO or stronger polish?

Don’t let the orange pad intimidate you. I’m actually in the process of compounding and polishing a truck with bad trail rash and I’m using an LC hybrid orange pad as my polishing pad paired with HyperPolish.

More cut with AiO or stronger polish?

^^^^ This. Try what you have before you buy something else. Or you’ll end up with a bunch of unused product. Try your orange pad with McKee’s AIO and see what that gets you. FWIW, McKee’s 360 has minimal cut IME.

    Optimum Opti Seal

It is a great product. I find that it beads decently. The best attribute of this product is how quick and easy it is to use. Not sure where you’re located, but it does well in my winter climate which is mild compared to other states.

Hi, Back after a couple years and looking from restocking recommendations

N914 is still very good. Wipeout from ADG is an outstanding product. The more I’m using it, the more I’m enjoying it.

Tornador: Just get the good one?

Both are great. As TTQ B4U said, just make sure the pressure is regulated and clean often. I kind of treat mine like my hvlp guns.

    Exoforma drying towel

My biggest issue with that towel is they’re not listing the gsm. Might be a decent towel but if it’s only 500-700 gsm, it’s going to get saturated quickly

Best coating for looks and marring resistance

^^^Sic is nice. I just ordered some 22ple Insanity per recommendation from The Guz. My usual go to’s are UK3.0 and Miyabi. I think Miyabi looks a little nicer but I use UK 8 out of 10 jobs.

    Griots PFM drying towel

You know, I was excited about the Gauntlets from TRC & the Chipmunks from CarPro and both are very good looking, appear to be well made towels but they drag without a drying aid. Work well to “blot dry or pat dry” but that’s not typically how I use drying towels, unless the paint is crazy soft...

Had to show Nick some love and re up on some rinseless 16x16 towels. And after watching one of The Guz’s YT videos, decided to test drive the SI02 rinseless from McKee’s. Love seeing the delivery truck as I’m burning a stick! Like a kid on Christmas. Sent from my iPhone using AGOnline

Man I’ve been detailing so long that I actually don’t remember what the first MF I bought was. I do remember buying off of eBay in the late 90’s. But after finding TRC & Microfiber Tech in the early 2000’s it was on!

Been wanting to try TRC’s new Ultra mitt for a minute so I grabbed a few of the mitts & pads. I will say that these immediately feel much nicer than the Cyclone mitts. Not quite Incredimit but hopefully they hold up well and perform better than the Cyclones. Also needed some more Meg’s mitts...
