u can clean the pad with the pad cleaning brush or any tooth brush but it should be soft or medium and make sure to spray pad lube or QD on the pad whenever it gets dry

well sometimes i use xmt pad conditioner sometimes no but when i use it i dont prime the pad i just put a little bit more than average and next time i put less but i think as long as you prime your (new or clean) pad there is no need for conditioner and you only prime it once in every detail...

hello watch the pics u can see how the velcro got off from the pad and this happened only with the coarse green light cutting pad and i noticed a little peeling in the velcro the first time i used it but the second time used on 3 panels only and it got off completely look at other pads...
