Not everything in the Mirror Glaze line is Body Shop Safe. That is why I said for the most part.

How are the re-coats going? Any issues with build up or flaking?

Mirror Glaze line for the most part is "body shop safe". However, anything labeled wax or sealant (ie. M6, M26, M20, M21) are not body shop safe. The Final Inspection (M34) is body shop safe. By the way M26 is a great topper to M21.

Klasse - I have been following the thread and I think I am ready to give it a shot. I am over the frustration of the canned version. I did use their trim coat and was really impressed. CDot/Shortspark - next time I see a bottle I will give Slick Mist another shot.

I have had success with 6.5" LC CCS pads and 5.5" LC Flat Pads. Orange-compounding White-polishing Black-LSP I would HIGHLY recommend the 3.5" BP and 4" pads. They are great for bumpers and pillars.

I see a few fans of Lucas Slick Mist. I don't know if they have reformulated, but I tried it about 7-8 years ago and it was terrible. I even bought a second bottle thinking I may have bought a bad one. Nope, it streaked terrible and was a nightmare to make look decent.

I was hesitant to put a solvent on the tires. I did have some Amazing Roll-off. Went through three sessions of scrubbing and blasting with 2400psi pressure washer and an almost closed fan nozzel. Needless to say after an hour no more coating.

The end results were worth both my dad and sis were extremely happy. I have never done multiple details in consecutive days. It has always been a car here and there.

I actually had no issues with the can stuff. I may try the Liquid, it looked tempting at Autozone, but right now I'm over it.

I will take some tomorrow. It is brown and a lot of build up. I know in the other thread you mentioned trying to top it, I don't know if you tried it but it has not worked for me. I tried Meg's Endurance and Hyper Dress (4:1 dilution) and both flung off even after at least an hour dry time.

So my tires have a few coats of the TW tire coat (can stuff). Is there a way to remove this stuff with out damaging the tire using a wire brush as I have seen recommended? The last coat was applied over a year ago, and the car has sat for almost all that time.

Thanks for the feed back. I looking to use this on Family members cars that will not take the full care in the paint. Just something to shine up the paint a little. I will have 8-10 cars to knock out in 2 weeks. Don't really want to use up all my dedicated polish.
