ECH2O 2nd use (left over juice)

It says RW dilution of 1:200 on carpro website. 1:128 is just easy math. I don't think a little extra is going to hurt seeing how people are using the WW ratio between 1:5 and 1:25. So if any of you guys in this thread are using this product as a rinseless are you using the same dilution...

ECH2O 2nd use (left over juice)

If you guys are using ech2o as a RW are you using the same dilution for your pretreat or using the WW dilution? Last night I used this 1:128 for rinseless but I used a 1:15 as my pretreat. I felt it may of been a little over kill. I feel like it made much harder to dry by doing this. I love...

Looking to try something new for tires.

I used the DP tire coating a few times before it changed over to McKee's and it is nothing short of amazing. A simple wash with my rinseless would have the tire looking awesome. Like desernate said all tire coatings and dressings are tire dependant. The tires on my wife's outback look great...

    Difference between ONRW&S and ONRW&W

If I'm using ONR I dry with a griots pfm and opti seal. It's an amazing combo. You can use a dry waffle weave or plush Microfiber with or without a drying aid though. It's all personal preference. Try it a couple different ways and see what you like best and what you feel most comfortable...

Washing Microfiber towels - what temp ?

I'm really not sure if hot water above 140 will melt towels because I'm not gonna try it. I like cold water and vinegar with a free and clear soap. Works great. I was always told that hot water sets in stains and cold water helps remove them. I may be totally wrong though. My question is why...

    CarPro DLUX recoating question

That's very true. I didn't think about those intricate areas as that definitely poses a problem. Ughh...I guess maybe just a good idea to stay away from those types of coating. I dislike headaches. I'd rather apply something every month than deal with that. Sorry for your headaches with the...

    CarPro DLUX recoating question

Has anyone tried hyper polish to remove dlux? In theory it seems like a great idea. It has abrasives because it's a polish but it is completely safe for plastic trim. I actually saw a picture Yvan posted somewhere where he polished some oxidized plastic trim and it looked brand new. I don't...

How to use Griot's Garage to detail your car - A detail job Richard Griot would be proud of!

Thank you for the reply Jeff. I would love to buy a set of those plugs if possible. It just looks so clean. When I received my 6 the first thing I did was take the handle off. Thanks again!! Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

How to use Griot's Garage to detail your car - A detail job Richard Griot would be proud of!

The Griot's Garage 6" DA Orbital Polisher Hey Mike, great article. Thank you. How can I get those black plugs to replace where the handle goes? They look like they are off the boss polisher. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

Optimum opti bond tire gel diluted

Tire is very clean so no black comes off on my microfibers. If I'm using blackfire AIO I do get a little because its acting as the cleaner also. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

Optimum opti bond tire gel diluted

Different tires react differently to certain dressings. I would not say it's user error on your part. I use opti bond straight. It works perfectly on my wife's car. I work my way around the car applying to each tire and then come back and lightly wipe with a towel. The result is a deep black...

    ONR & Big Red Sponge

Very dirty car (fall) and microfiber

This is one of the reasons I switched to the BRS and the AG Rinseless mitt. I got tired of stuff sticking in wet microfiber towels. Nothing sticks to the BRS and a close second is the Rinseless mitt. Fall garbage flushes off that pretty good. It seems like you could get most everything off...

now I know why Griots named their drying towel PFM.

I use the 16x16's for rinseless drying. They are great. I don't have a large one to compare but I think they are identical other than size. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

Microfiber towels and HE washing machine

This exactly what I do also. Every other wash I use a half cup of distilled vinegar too. This get the drying aid wax or sealants out of my towels. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

    ONR Wash Media

I've been doing this for a while now with no issues at all. I got tired of all the towels. It drives me nuts when the twist and flop and roll ughhh. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

    Microfiber Rust Stains

Sounds possible that you have a lot of iron in your water but seems like you would also notice this on your clothes too. Very wierd. I probably would trust these towels for anything detail related either. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

    I did it....

Yeah I would definitely use distilled water. Plus it will be that much easier to add more...pour in a gallon when it starts getting low and add the uber. Makes for easier measuring. I can't speak for uber but I know that ONR will not break down in distilled water. It will lose its color but all...
