Sonax's stack would be your best bet. Polish with their AIO ceramic polish use the spray coating as a base layer of protection and their ultra slick detailer as a topper.

For optimal results PPF should be applied to bare paint. If the installer says it is ok to apply over the coating I would get that in writing just in case the PPF lifts prematurely.

The gallon version is still available. I used the version that is available in a 32 oz bottle that has a watermelon scent and is a darker shade of red in color. They do not advertise a difference in performance. I'll need to experiment with the new version more to see if its just a placebo...

I think it would be fine as a topper. Kind of reminds me of sonax brilliant shine detailer which is another product that was marketed as a detailer but could be used as a sealant in a pinch.
