Creating a show car interior on a daily driver

I have had two details like that. Never again. I now turn them down. That was a nasty mess. You did a great job. -Sparty

    More than just swirls

Total agree. I am usually a SMAT guy (105 & 205), but the WG Twins works so well on some paints it is a no brainer.

    More than just swirls

Likely a rotary with a dirty wool pad and very little product. ;) -Sparty

    More than just swirls

A client of mine bought his wife a used MB SLK. The dealership "detailed" the car. They drove it over to me through a rain storm and I set to work fixing the dealership's swirls and holograms. After a foam gun dwell, a proper two bucket wash and claying, I used my Flex and Wolfgang TSR 3.0...

    Air compressor for rupes lhr75

+ 1 for Bob I use air tools frequently and I have experience with air compressors and their capabilities. If you are going to run the Rupes and decide to buy a $500 compressor, you will burn that compressor out in no time. Plus, it will not provide enough constant air needed to run the tool...

    Opti-Bond vs PERL

I have used both Opti-Bond and PERL on tires. Opti-Bond two layers on tires lasts longer IMO. PERL is great on the trim and I used it for my winter prep. Two layers and still going strong. Tuff Shine is my next purchase as the reviews are great. -Sparty

    Winter Prep Still Going Strong

I will try to get a pic of that for you sometime soon. We had snow yesterday and the roads are a mess of salt and slush this morning. A thin layer of filth on the lower parts right now but it seems to be sliding off as it sits. I'll get back to you.

    Winter Prep Still Going Strong

Never said that. I said "I went about the task of using products that are known for their outstanding durability and protection." Hence the 845. -Sparty

    Winter Prep Still Going Strong

A really simple winter prep package for the exterior. After a good foaming and wash with CG Clear and stripping any remaining protection and contaminants with clay. A wipe down with Eraser. First form of protection was DG 601/105 combo. It was then followed with 845. Wheels also were treated...

    Winter Prep Still Going Strong

At the end of October I did a winter prep on all of my personal cars along with some clients vehicles. I did the same process on all of them. Considering that I live in PA and our winters can be tough on vehicle finishes I went about the task of using products that are known for their...
