    Polish wipe down quick question

That's an issue I see often that I can't get all the polish off so when I bring that portion of the car in the sun can't tell if holograms are real or just the polish. Will try IPA/water mixture this weekend and next time I place an order, will try Gtehniq. Think I have a bottle of Eraser in...

    Menzerna 3 step process needed?

Everything worked out well. Decided to start with SIP (orange pad) and then 106P (white pad) with rotary and finialized with PO85 (blue pad) with DA. Took out about 95% of scratches and all swirls that plaqued the car throughout and brought gloss back nicely. Will seal and wax in 2 weeks when...

    Menzerna 3 step process needed?

Daughter has an 2006 black Elantra that I want to work on as it has gone through years of sitting outside with all sorts of scratches, swirls, you name it. Thought of going with 2400 first (maybe 400 in some areas), then finishing off with 3500. Is a middle step needed prior to 3500? If yes...

Okay, thanks for the help. I probably erred by starting too soon. Will have car under canopy, then wash it to give it a better chance to cool down.

    Menzerna Outside Temp

Just curious, will temps in the mid-80's affect using Menzerna? Had an issue this weekend, stopped polishing my daughter's car as the polish would dry up quickly. Had no opportunity to work it, at all. Car is under a canopy and sat for over an hr out of the sun before I started. Will try...

    Burnt on black spots

All those little black dots that get baked on the engine manifold and some ion the inside of wheels. Anyway to remove them? Tried various chemicals and tools but don't want to scratch anything. Will a steamer work with this? Thanks, Howard

Interesting no one mentioned this or I just missed it but I always put a cap full in both the wash (with soap too) and rinse buckets.

    Need Extractor Requirements

Thanks for the suggestion, I will keep it in mind if this falls through. I have the opportunity to buy a used extractor locally but didn't know if it is strong enough to pull water up and if the 150 degrees was hot enough. Howad

CQuartz UK - which cold weather situation?

I see conflicting comments, just want to confirm. Is this for cold weather application or cold weather wear? This would be applied during the summer but I live in northeast so snow, salt, etc. would be a factor. Thanks, Howard
