I don't think layering is even a real thing. Applying wax and sealant should be maintenance things. I don't care how expensive the wax, sealant or COATING is...in the hot sun and weather, none of it lasts anymore then a few months, IMHO. I apply my wax and sealant the 1st weekend of EVERY month...

you can thank LEXUS and JD POWERS for destroying the dealership industry...they turned EVERYTHING into CSI, the CSI number is all they care about. The CSI rating system is good for the customer, but really bad for employees

what towels do you use: wax/sealant removal, polish removal, detailer/spray wax, glass, interior cleaning and wheel cleaning

WOW...did you use a steamer on the salt? I use HOT water and a scrub brush but I haven't been able to get those results!

I have used all sorts of degreasers, dawn and soaps...I am sure a steamer would work GREAT too, but at $800+, not everyone has that. I use WD-40...I use a old rag and spray the WD-40 on the rag...it cuts right through the grease; then wash the jamb with regular car wash shampoo. WD-40 originally...

My issue with this is that how much CC did you remove to get this finish and how much protection if left on the car? I don't ever fully correct cars, especially cars that are driven...in the future when the car needs something fixed, there's nothing to work with.
