Yeah, I wouldn't touch the paint with clay if it's polished, especially before waxing. Clay is probably marring the surface. Maybe not a lot, but enough if you are picky.

Is PO85RD polish finer than what is in black light? I'd hate to jewel the finish with menzerna and then use black light on top and hinder the results.

Do you guys dilute IPA at all? I've been using it diluted 1:1 with water. 70% IPA anyway. Still seems to work well for checking progress.

I'd suggest doing a 50/50 again and then cleaning up with IPA to make sure the surface is stripped. Then take a bright light and inspect.

It looks like most of the dents are under where the antenna would be if replaced? I'd place a new antenna on the roof to see how it looks. Then use some factory matched touch-up paint to fill in any really deep scratches. You can always wet sand level and buff it out. On the roof I don't think...

Any idea what film you are going to have installed? I've got 3M that's a few years old on mine. Not really happy with the clarity.

I used 105 on my clear coated Audi wheels. Turned out great where I could reach them with the PC. I was thinking of getting a PB but I've heard that they fall apart rather quickly.
