Sooo...question for anyone reading this. I washed the towels that I used. The ones I used to wipe off the residue were fine but the towel I used as the applicator, feels funky and still has residue. Anyone have tips on how to bring back my poor towel back to life? :(

So finally got around to buying this! It's pretty good. Followed the directions, applied by spraying on car, used one MF towel to spread and buff in and another clean towel to wipe off. Had to go through a couple of my more plush double sided MF towels that are my babies. Only issue for me...

Is Griots still doing the 'trade in' thing for older models? I have my GG3 and well...i basically just use it to apply wax cause its so weak. I use my old GG6 with small 3 inch plate to do the work the GG3 should be.... Do they accept trade ins still? And is it worth it for the new G8?

Uh oh! I bought the DMC5's (which is what I've used in the past) vs. the DMX5s... How big of a difference between both? Hasn't shipped yet, so I may have time to change it with Autogeek... Is it a big deal?

How does cut max finish? That's why I love FG400, in some instances it would be sealant ready in 1 step. Or is Cutmax always need to be be finished with a 2 step?

Hi guys, Looking for a MF or maybe wool pad reccomendation or to match wtih WG Uber compound, for super duper hard, black Audi paint. Orrrr...do you have another compound that's comparable to WG Uber (and maybe cheaper? :p). Thanks in advance gentlemen!

Bumping this back up! What is the the best pads to mate with Uber compound? Any reccomendations? Specifically for my super duper hard, Audi Phantom Black paint. Wanna take advantage of this sale right now! :p

Been out the game for a while, saw a lot of tech has changed up since I dabbled into detailing. I loved my Menz PL, and still do......refuse to go coating route. Something about applying sealant/wax regularly feels nice. WIth that said, what do you guys reccomend I spray during drying process...

The sonax cleaner is amazing. Helped me with my Alcantara that was stained with coffee from past owner and just helped refresh it overall. Just follow directions on the bottle and you're golden!

It is really bad on the hood. So for the most part it looks like that all over the car. Not just body line. Thanks, as always Tony! I may try that in the spring (400 with white pad). None catch my finger nail...which I think you mean deep where it's almost metal? I kind of feel the same way...

Sooo...I tried to knock it out this past weekend. I gave her a wash...but when I brought her out in the light to do an inspection of the paint after FG400 and Megs MF pad from last week...the whole paint looked like this. I did a test portion on the door using the 4500 and with the white foam...
