    Microfiber Woes

Sadly, I am thinking that is the only solution as of yet. Just gotta hang some wire up in the garage and hope they can actually dry out fast enough in there.

    Microfiber Woes

Lately, I have had a bit of a dilema when it comes to caring for my microfibers. I live in an apartment complex, and in paticular, the dryers are beyond discusting when it comes to random 'crap' being stuck all throughout it along with the wire mesh filtering. The washer's arent bad, but it is...

He doesn't have a kitchen sink? That is all you need to just fill up a bucket, then use ONR and your gold!

What do you think the best AIO is?

Meguiar's M66 is my favorite so far with ColorX being #2 only for price (they are virtually the same thing).

    Meguiars are so wrong..

Exactly. They tell people not to use their cutting pad with the DA PC because their cutting pad is just way too aggressive (it isn't exactly the same as a cutting pad from another brand). Not all pads are made the same; the 7006 was made for the rotary and not PC use as your have to remember...

    Yup, another glaze question

I just used M7 and absolutely LOVED it. Gave the paint such a wet look I couldn't believe it, however this was on black paint, and M7 isn't the easiest product to work with. You might actually consider M81 as it is very easy to work with, and produces much the same results. Remember...

    Just what the economy needed

I personally see strikes as a horrible way to get what you want out of life and also see Unions as a real joke with the Teacher's union being the biggest of them all, but onto GM.... I honestly believe that if our auto companies (GM/Ford/Chrystler) would just make cars that were up to par with...

    What is the Difference: Meg's #5, #7, and #26?

From what I gather, M7 is one of Meguiar's oldest polish, but it also has more polishes than anything else in their line. M5 is virtually the same thing, just a bit easier to work with (M7 requires a little techique to work with properly). For ease of you, M81 might be better suited for pure...

    found this....

45 minutes to do a car!? I spend that long just washing/drying!

What would you like to learn more of?

Metal Polishing (as in restoration) and leather. I feel there just isn't much information on these two subjects in comparison. PLENTY of info on the rest IMO.

No difference seen between waxed and unwaxed panel

You notice it the most when the surface is polished up with no surface imperfections; no swirls or anything. I wouldn't want to be mean, but maybe you don't have the eye for it; this isn't uncommon for someone to not be able to see fine details, and hey, more power to you because then you won't...

    question about clear coat

Get some Paint Cleaner and a white cloth. Work it on the top, and if there is clear, the cloth will not transfer the color. If it is still single stage, it will transfer the color onto the cloth. If it is single stage, you can easily restore it to its original luster, whereas if it is a clear...

    Wax Newbie..

If you aren't into doing a lot of work, because those 3 step systems are a whole weekend worth of work, then just try some clay + cleaner wax. I have found Meguiar's ColorX or Klasse AIO are two of the best.

    Energy drinks...what's your favorite?

Monster Diet is my personal favorite so far, but when I am in need of energy, there is one drink that I have that gives you a seriously huge amount of energy without any of that bad side effects you usually get from energy drinks. I can't get enough of this stuff!

    ? about Megs Lines

They are all geared for different purposes. Meguiar's is actually geared towards professional use, and then (for the most part) the consumer line spawns out of that. The NXT line is the exception, which started with NXT wax, and then spawned into M21 in the professional line. For the most...

    Foam Gun for Clay Lube

Then use Meguiar's Hyperwash. 400:1 dillution ratio, but just remember if you use a soap/water combination, you need rinse the car down afterwards.

Looking for super slick, durable, wax.

No wax will prevent rock chips. Your best bet is a clear bra by 3m.

    shmitt ripped, other options?

I am a huge fan of the microfiber mitts. They don't shed, are very durable, so very gentile on the paint, and hold a LOT of suds.

    Meg's Glass Cleaner concentrate

+1! I used Stoner's for a long while, and after using the cleaner concentrate now, I will never look back. Infinitaly cheaper, and boy does it just work! Still need to try NXT glass cleaner though!
