What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Hoseless/Rinseless wash on a nice Audi. That Wolfgang Über solution is no joke. Pleasantly glossy after drying. Topped it off with some siO2 juice.

Now available - Dr. Beasley's Z1 Ceramic AIO Primer

^ I did everything but switch to a different brand of polish to try and get an easier wipe off. There’s a few cars around here I can practice on and see what’s going on. Thanks.

Now available - Dr. Beasley's Z1 Ceramic AIO Primer

^ This is a 2018 Tundra, with around 20,000 miles. The owner purchased it used and I got as much history on it as I could. I finished the polish process with 45, but there were some deeper scratches so I used the higher cut ones prior. The Nano Resin is going on nicely now, and it feels...

Now available - Dr. Beasley's Z1 Ceramic AIO Primer

Tom I’m basically tagging you in this post. I am using the NSP line before I coat it this morning with Nano Resin. The buff- is a bear! The surface is not slick at all after I buff it off. I know Toyota paint can be soft, and it’s a fine line between getting the polish off and scratching the...

    CarPro Eraser Residue!?

^ They could be okay. But I’m giving you advice based off what I’d do. Most of it by feel and smell. On a side note, I was reading the labels on my primer polishes today: When I’ve waited till the next morning after using Essence, a light IPA spray into a MF was all I would do. Or use an...

    CarPro Eraser Residue!?

^ No IPA wipe down necessary. You do not need to wait 12 or 24 hours. You can go right into applying a coating. There are many YouTube videos verifying this information. I will find some later when I’m not busy at work. Will message you. Sent from my iPhone using AGOnline

    CarPro Eraser Residue!?

Yes I have heard no more than 2-3 passes with most primer polishes. And a little bit of product is plenty. Do the directions on the Essence label state polisher speed, working area and number of passes? [emoji1308]

Tahoe Boat Detail---What should I do?

^ Yep, that’s where I heard it. I’ll be using the Nano Resin coating with it or NSP 45 soon. Good luck, Tom. 🤙🏻

Tahoe Boat Detail---What should I do?

Conflicting information that seems not to be conflicting: A.) Use products from the same family (brand name) of products to insure compatibility B.) This product will work with any other siO2 product I have heard both statements equally in my research into ceramic coatings. Perhaps one...

    Been thinking to much

Plenty of time... When the quarantine started, I learned how to do ceramic coatings. You could try a long-term coating on your car. I used CarPro Cquartz UK 3.0 and topped it with Gliss. My car stays cleaner longer and when it rains, it gets about 70% clean on its own. I used to really...

    New Rupes Bigfoot D-A pads

I am posting this here as I don’t want to create a specific thread for my question. In general, with flared out pads, is the measurement the circumference at the top? So these would fit a 1” backing plate (?) I have a FLEX PXE on the way and looking at pads, most of them don’t say what...
